The policy of a supervisor describe the different controls the administrator which are managed by a plug-in module. This includes checking jobs before they are allowed into the queue. Checking pending job modification to see if it is permissible to make the changes. Calculating the job's overall status based upon the subjob and agenda status information of the job, and creating a sudo admin policy for administrator's who's powers are defined by different properties of a job.
